While doing this work I learned that
not everyone agrees with my approach to the I Ching.
Some did not understand why I was devoting myself
to what they thought was a sexist book.
It was their lack of understanding of the power
and depth of the I Ching that prompted me to proceed.
I let go of their undeveloped view
and chose to follow this ancient wisdom.

How is this sexist? You sre pursuing a passion. And wow, your interps are terrific,.
I was referring to how back in the early seventies when I was very involved with the explosion of the woman’s movement, those people who read the typical translations of the I Ching that always referred to “the superior man” and negative statements about women, did not understand the real meaning and significance of the I Ching. This is a very short answer to explain but the work I have been doing all these years is a response to those objections that I faced a lot in those days.
Beautiful drawing
Thanks so much for your appreciation.
