Hexagram 08 – Pi / Union

The Image of Water Over Earth

After being disciplined I become a strong focused mandala of being.
I am like the ocean containing all rivers of my life.
Feeling my own inner union others join me.
I attract that which I am.
I join with others in certainty.
If I hesitate the group unites without me.

Six in the First Place

Loyally holding to my own truths
I am a vessel receiving the waters of life.
I receive without holding.

Six in the Second Place

I do not seek what does not seek me.
I look inward and am held there.

Six in the Third Place

I am free from attachment
Until I find what belongs to me.
I am wrong for those who are wrong for me.

Six in the Fourth Place

I have found what centers me
As I openly show my devotion to that union.
What I want wants me.

Nine in the Fifth Place

Union seeks me.
Those meant to join
See that I am like an open gate.
Those I love
Love me.

Six in the Last Place

Those I did not join did not join with me.
I lose my head and can only envision
What might have been.
