The Image of Mountain over Mountain
It is important to know when it is time for meditation
or when it is the time for movement.
Keeping still is natural after experiencing shock.
This is a time for inner work. Quieting the heart is difficult.
When we meditate with the back still we don’t notice our surroundings.
In the stillness, letting go of the ego, we gain clearer awareness.
“Be here now.”
